Im 100% happy with how wardecs work currently.
Wardecs are not the problem, peripheral issues are.

â is in npc starter corp
uh huh
your opinions would have more weight if you posted on your main toon, but you won<t since you<re probably scared of wars
and nah, joining npc corp is for bads who are too scared of hub campers

This is my âmain toonâ, and Ive been posting here for years on it.

You dont need to join NPC with your âmain toonâ to deliver cargo past hub camps.
You can fly them on NPC corp alts, or contract them for a pittance.

Or I can do neither and have all my toons in wardeccable corps because I know how to work around it (Iâm also not a total idiot
)
If I die I die, if I donât I donât, itâs all part of the game XD
Ergo, there is no problem.
Glad you agree.
You could have just said you agree to begin with.
(smiley wink face)
Itâs more accurate than calling most highsec merc groups mercs lol
That is so true!
There is a low- and null- secs for this. There should be possibilities to play the game for everyone: for those who can be in game all days around and for those who used to visit it when free time.
Also structures already has difference of being placed in high-secs or in null-secs.
High-secs must be trully they are.
It is not about âis there a place to do thisâ it is that providing 100% will lead to imbalance. That is, to implement your idea weâd have to skew the rewards in favor of LS and NS even more and that is bad.
Seriously, if I were a NS alliance Iâd shift everything over to HS that I could so that way any production would be totally safe. And given how safe moving things via JFs isâŠthat would be very nice.
You want a totally safe place to play? Go play on the test server. There PvP is only consensual except in a limited number of systems. Granted your efforts there will have virtually no value, but that is as it should be.
I donât agree with your ideas OP.
Wardecs and their mechanics do not need fixing due to there being perfectly valid methods of avoiding wardecs and fighting on your own terms.
I have to be blunt here, you were given 3 character slots for very good reason. If people struggle to defend themselves from wardecs then they have the option of putting 1 of their 3 characters in an NPC corp and they can secure their income from missions with a few friends.
Devote some of your time to skilling a PVP character with 1 of your 3 character slots, and get in a cool corp that likes to fight the big wardeccers cheaply. Learn how to pvp, or at least become well versed at pvp so you know how to avoid and work in a fleet.
Generally I am saying if you choose to live in hi-sec you must stop perceiving being in a corp as the be all and end all to everything. Yes it is a great way to organise people and assets but I feel that it is wrong when people leave the game due to their corp falling apart.
Also I think more could be done in hi-sec with blue coalitions, organise some blues and go and attack one of these merc groups structuresâŠwatch how they defend their assets and learn from it. try to counter them and get a better idea of whats going on in the game. This can be done cheaply you will have fun and los of people will be together and discussing methods on how to fight back which is exactly what Eve is about.
Good Luck.
