Firstly: You are either ignoring the giant cloud of hauler alts that always sit in the same spot from server up to server down on the warp in from that gate that all have kill rights on them, or they are your alts and you are trying to down play it so people fall for them.
Unfortunately they never got a response and it still seems to be an issue.
