i am looking for a athanor to get accesss for moon mining in HS (for my free time)
i can bring around 4 toons, i had one in the past but i am looking for something closer to jita
i can even discuss a sell proposal, please convo or dm

Unless you can defend it with a really big fleet (and I mean 50+), owning a structure in HS is just begging for a war declaration. “4 toons” isn’t enough by a mile. Especially “close to Jita”…
You should either join a group that owns them and pay your share in tax to get access or you ninja-mine in HS by just showing up whenever someones moon-roid goes boom. It’s HighSec, they could only gank to stop you, but thats easily avoided with a bit PvP experience…

No, seriously do your homework and write down HS drills and make a plan to visit each chunks .
When I see a chunk at the end of its extraction point I get excited.

As you might now have figure out, there are at least three options:
a) just mine it without asking without permission…(make sure you are not wardec eligible)
b) set up your own station and drill (makes you vulnerable to wardec)
c) negotiate some access conditions as you tried to do here
HOWEVER: never do such things in a public way like here in the forums. EVE is a harsh and hostile environment…there are always mad people around that would be interested in where you do b) or c).
