Hey everyone - Recieved a ticket last week that the character I bought from the bazaar was from a stolen account. They said they would return the isk and remove the character on Jan 6th, but the character is still on my account…
I’ve responded to the ticket a few times with questions, but they haven’t responded since they sent me the original ticket.
Is there another way to get ahold of the support team outside of support tickets? At this point i’m not sure what to do - Spent basically all my isk to buy that character to try out dual boxing (so much fun) so I can’t really play without the character or the isk.
I got the ticket on on Jan 1 so it’s been almost a week now. I’d assume this would be priority.
These things will take time due to its nature (like a lot of time), expect several weeks before it’s all cleared. Also adding responses onto your tickets has a habit of making it take longer. Just relax and have them fix it, there’s nothing you can do that will speed it up.
I find the more you get on their ass, the sooner you get action from them.
This from hundreds of reports on recruit spammers where time is of the essence. When not adding resposes it could take up to two weeks before they bothered with it. Long after the spammer dumped all the characters I reported for new ones.
But when I followed up after a single day with a request for escalation, ■■■■ got real.
Their original ticket was very clear about the character being removed on the 6th and there is no scenario where I keep the character, so I was suprised to see it was still there today. It was in all bold caps.
How do you escalate? I only see the option to respond to the original ticket
There’s no real reason to escalate as this is already a “higher up” issue, what Peen is talking about are issues generally handled by “low level” GM’s who uhm… yeah. Just let it happen, don’t touch it and they’ll get to you.
