Activating DLC on Steam added another account to Launcher

Went to activate the Invasion dlc for EvE on my Steam acc and it asked to verify the email. I did that and it shows the dlc has been added to that account, however a new steam account was created in the launcher where the items have been sent to redeem instead.

Any help on this would be appreciated as don’t think I’m meant to have two EvE accounts on Steam and tbh I don’t really want to touch either yet in case of possible eula violation. Have submitted a ticket (905134).
