It might look like a newb quedtion but is “pap” that you mentioned in your post?

A PAP is something that is earned for running a fleet operation. Everyone must participate, and this is how participation is tracked. Normally the FC “Fleet Commander” will award a PAP at the end of a fleet or when close to completion. Feel Free to eve mail me, if you have any other questions!
