Since today’s update, all the options are now greyed out as below:
It’s the best way to ensure ‘EVE forever’; CCP no longer wants you to uninstall EVE!

I have that as well, In addition, the launcher does not finish the update process and gets stuck half-way through the third patch download of the day. It repeatedly tries to restart the download but gets stuck at the same spot over and over again.
