I recommend checking the spam folder of e-mails if you haven’t in a while.
It seems mails sent by the ticketing-system can end up there at times.

Okay I know this is a Request or suggestion that may be more appropriate in a player suggestion thread (AND I am going to post it there too) BUT it is appropriate here too.
Can the players in the NPC corps please get the ability to fly their emblems and or corp logos Too … Please please please?
Of course these would be CCP created (maybe with player suggestions? this could be another in-game event)
There are thousands of us, even new players, who are collecting an obscene amount of Eve marks and nowhere to use them to proudly announce we are independent of the greedy Capitalists of the Big Corporations!

Good. You actually do have standards I see. Maybe you should put a word to Pearl Abyss ( you know who they are right? ) about their total lack of standards for guild logos on Black Desert? The shock value is off the chart over there on what gets uploaded. I won’t bother posting any details about the guild logos as I don’t desire to get this post pulled for near pornographic and hate content.

They are mostly overcomplicated, you have to get to basics. Common denominators, bold letters. It have to be readable from a far greater distance than you can imagine.
I mean, for a company that allows character names like PenifSmash and Jéw Boostin, your standards for Alliance logo criteria HAVE to be very low. Pen is out (Get it?? Funny genital name!) and Purple Helmeted Warriors, OOF why are alliance logos even a problem again?

The last one, with a hand holding a red bolt, is definatelly vector in nature, made with InkScape at least. Also there is no revision for old logos scheduled:

Which people have been confidently insisting would happen since the day the PA deal was announced. And yet, it hasn’t.
Just went through the alliance logo submission process not too long ago.
If you’re very serious about getting the vision of your logo from your head onto your citadels and ships, just commission someone who has at least a single successful submission in their portfolio.
I was amazed at how well Azdaja Clade’s came out, and in hindsight the cost was a tiny fraction of the value received. I’d go back and do it again for 5x the cost. Stop dreaming, go pay somebody to make it reality for you.

I have had to submit update after update to the alliance logo we submitted for months. I had to resubmit yet another ticket this morning, for lack of a response - including the original alliance logo submission details and logo image. The last time we were told it was too cartoony. This is ridiculous, considering the dozens and dozens of cartoon-like alliance logos exist out there. Hello?! Goonswarm?!
Considering CCP art department will muddy up the logo for the dark dystopian space genre that this is, all I can say is why is this so painfully slow to be accepted, or a ticket to be responded to? Argh!

It stops. Like, the whole damned country just stops as they have about 3 weeks when they can go outside comfortably.

We have submitted four support tickets and three logo submissions. Each time, it takes over two weeks to get a response. The last time, it took over a month. The last effort had the GM say they knew the policy had been updated so that they would resubmit it to the art department. They closed the ticket AGAIN four days later, marking the issue solved. It was not solved.
CCP spends so much energy/money recruiting new players yet cares so very little about supporting their players receive once they have been in the game. My experiences with support have been highly frustrating lately.
Maybe calm down, and stop spamming them?
