Aiko is right, the more you spam the tickets the less chance of them getting it
Seems this process can be hit or miss depending on who you get. Generally speaking, I am not a fan of the current GM team, I have extremely low expectations, and boy do I miss the team from a few years ago.
The one exception to this is the GM I have on my submission, they’ve been fantastic! The GM responded to any messages within about four work hours, noticed a potential art issue, and suggested we fix it but also offered to allow us to submit it anyway, and then once the logo was submitted to the art team the GM kept the ticket open, promised to keep me updated, etc.
Why can’t more GMs be like this one?
Unless the necrons from warhammer 40000 already have it by that time considering the time frame both games take place is more then 20000 years into the future.
I bet if you put in 4-5 more tickets it will help. I know that when I have end uses put in multiple help desk tickets for the exact same issue, I certainly get to it faster.
