Can any one answer the title question

5 million SP through normal daily skill training, 20 million SP via skill injectors and event and login gift SP.

The 20 million from “SP addons” isn’t an actual number limit at 20 mill. Basically, the upper limit is “the amount of SP it takes you to finish training all Alpha skills”. which is close to 21 million iirc.
