Background/Vetting checks for new members?

What tools are available to check/confirm/vet the background of new corp members?

I know there’s SeAT but that seems to require a server to run.
I’ve heard of EVEHR but isn’t that shutting down?

What else can we use to confirm new/prospective members (and existing members) have the qualifications they claim to?
