My current isp is ■■■■ - it disconnects my eve-client twice a day - often resulting in ship loss.
So what is your isp and does it disconnects?
And: No - i am not on wifi - i use cat5 between dsl-router and computer.
Maybe change the language of your post to german, and move this thread to the germany section to get some answers

Are you on wifi? If so that already causes more risk of DCs especially if you live in a busy area where all your eleventy neighbours also have wifi so you’re all competing for the same few channels and it’s going to suck. Solution is “don’t be on wifi” or of that is simply not possible then find your router a channel that isn’t used as much and stick to it (auto switching causes issues on some router&wifi connector combinations) and if that’s the case EVE will suffer for it.
