Based on what you said you’re looking for I think our corp Filthy Peasants may be a good fit for you.
We’re an US TZ lowsec/null sec pvp corp that lives in the Solitude region. We’re an established corp that has lived in the area for many years with the same leadership and great FCs. While most of us are pvp veterans we’d gladly welcome anyone who has an interest in pvp and isn’t afraid to speak up to ask questions or clarify anything they’re confused on. We all prefer you ask over continuing to fly in ignorance 
Our culture is very relaxed and RL-focused as most of us are working adults. We don’t enforce any activity requirements as your time is your own to do what you want. All we ask is that if there is a fleet up and you’re available to jump aboard to have some fun.
We run many different styles of fleets with the most common being cheap subcap roams/gate camps, blops/capital hunting, and the occasional structure bash/defense op. We also always welcome people to go out solo or lead fleets of their own to help generate some content.
