I am returning after a 4 year hiatus. I got the itch again so here I am! I’m looking for an established PvP corp but am open to other options too. I have bad empire standings so it will need to be with either a low-sec or 0.0 entity. I have done PvP most of my 13 - 15 years in eve. I can fly a variety of ships including capitals and the majority of the doctrine fits. But small scale PvP is more of my thing.
My last stint in Eve I was in Shadow Cartel in low-sec and before that I was in 0.0 NPC Fountain. Both were fun times. I am not really sure what all I am looking for but I have a few things that I think it is worth while to list:
I am a father and husband and with such I want to join a corp that does not make you do anything due to time constraints.
I have a life and the last thing I need is for a 18 year old blowing a gasket because I do not attend every 3 - 4 hour long CTA.
I would ideally like to undock and find some solo to small scale PvP. My play time is 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM EST. So a corp active around that time zone would be ideal.

A 13 year old vet PvPer who is now a noob.
A player with FC experience even though I don’t really have an interest in it anymore. I can step up and fill in if necessary. I have FCed with TEST, SoT, AAA, Outbreak, and a few other entities during my time in eve.
A versatile player. I can fly logi well, Archon well, thanny ok, JF Pilot, both tunes are Hulk pilots, and my favorite: Minnie cruiser specialist.
I have no problem getting on comms either.

We’re an RL-first corp as most of us are working adults with our lives and families to take care of as well.
I’m also in the EST timezone and my play times are very similar to your own. Most of our roams/ops occur between 8pm-11pm EST and only rarely are they earlier or later than that.
Our ops consist mostly of subcap roams, gate camps, WH diving, blops drops, capital hunting, and occasional structure defense/offense op. We like to win but we also like to have fun and sometimes that means feeding a fleet or two for some content.

Since you were in Shadow Cartel, you’d probably be a pretty solid fit for us over in Triumvirate. I’m assuming you have a PvP alt since you mentioned “both tunes” so that base is covered.

I started a corporation about 2 month ago called: Academy of the Unseen Arts we are small but growing day by day. We have been in the top 10 EVEWHO growing corporations for the last 6 weeks and have recently hit over 200 people. We currently avg about 20 to 35 people in EU, 10 to 20 in USA and really are working on getting our Australian time zone filled as well.
We have a ethos about helping people grow and are always looking for new people to help us with this. We are based in High Sec and are currently doing Incursions, DED Combat Escalations, FOB’s, Abyssal frigate / cruiser and level 2 to 4 mission fleets.
We then use this isk to run PVP roams into Low sec currently while we build up our team work and new players knowledge of the PVP side of things. We have some very high SP guys so flying nice things is not a issue. We want to start branching into Day trips to WH and Null soon.
We are currently setting up an industrial program to help new players wanting to learn this side of the game and with this we will get cheaper ships to then go kill people with them.
Doing this allows us to make isk and enjoy PVP but in no way do you need to do any PVE or any PVP if you do not want to. Think of us a your online space family where you can do what you want within a social environment.
My corporation will be more about the people in it being there for each other to help guide and grow the younger pilots but also have fun together.
I am in the UK and so is most of the corp so will be online in that time zone most nights but not all. Real Life comes first with me due to family and you would never have to feel like you need to be on all the time.
My corp will never join an Alliance in Null sec so be assured that you will not have to move to there in 1 month like so many other corporations that start out. I do not like null and so will not be going there other than to kill them.
We only use discord for outside chats and also fleet communications.

I’m the ceo of a small corp that pretty much fills that requirements that you’ve put in your post. On a corp level we do nano roams often and are pretty tight knit while the alliance that we are a part also gives the opportunity for medium sized fights of 50v50.
