Bring back Station Repairing

Back in the good old days you actually had to play the game and nothing auto repaired. Let’s give more reasons to undock and have counter fleets.

Make it so citadel structures have to be repaired.
Make it so pocos have to be repaired.

I’m sure this has been brought up many times, but I feel like the game has lost that commitment and oppertunity a lot of lookings for. Might not fix everthing but would be step in right direction.

can’t say i’ve ever seen anyone want to have to manually repair their stations or pocos.
