What is BRM?

What’s BRM? I can’t find it in the lexicon https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/EVE_Lexicon I found ‘BR’ but not BRM… I know you Anglophones love your abreviations but I didn’t know I had to be an engineer or telecommunications technician to play EVE and CCP could’ve put that in their ads for EVE: " Welcome to New Eden, where every capsuleer is an engineer or a telecommunications technician " I’m just a lowly bookworm, I don’t see why I have to go to technical school to play EVE.
