[Bug] Hovering in the forum-changer drop-down only highlights the text if you're hovering over the actual text

In the forum-selection drop-down (this thing) the name of the forum text is highlighted only when hovering over the actual forum text. The link is still functional even when hovering in the black space after the forum name, but without the visual identifier as to which link you’re currently hovering on.
