I agree, most of these are scams and the fact people are renting space or wormholes is the worse part of the game. But CCP refuse to do anything about it.

This rental program has provided newer players and smaller groups opportunities to explore and profit from high-class wormholes without threat of eviction from the trash groups that thrive on evictions. In fact, many of my customers have graduated out of the rental program and now operate independently in wspace.
More people in wormholes is better for everyone in wormholes.
