Our corp (like many corps) has satellite offices around New Eden.
If we want to cancel/close one of them how do we do it?
Does someone have to actually go there or can it be done remotely?

Iirc i think it can be remote.
In the Corporation window, Home tab, below the Details section, there is an Offices section. Develop this section, you will see one line per office your corp is renting. When you hover over a line, an X appears on the right, with a tooltip saying “unrent office”.
Be absolutely sure, however, that nothing is left in the corp’s hangar at that office before unrenting, otherwise your stuff will be impounded.
