Cannot connect to chat service - all chats aren't working

Since today all my chats aren’t working. Any account, any character.


Tried clear cache, check files and etc.

But if i use VPN then all is ok and working good. Trace to chat service is ok.

Its working at a network level. Whatever is going wrong its the EVE Client sorry :frowning:

Well, maybe. But i am confused because if i use VPN then chats working correctly. Created ticket but you know it could take days to resolve

I have the same problem.

The same issue here.
portquiz.net:5222 shows successful. Tried my own xray proxy - didn’t help. Tried from another computer and there chats sometimes connected, sometimes disconected. My local looked like:
Connected
Disconnected
Reconnectind
Connected
Disconnected
and so on.
Can’t play without chats…

The same problem. 3 days or about it I can not see any chats and user list.

Firewall is not affect it - I disabled it to check.
VPN was not the help.

It seems, that XMPP traffic are blocked (filtered) by ISP:

Is there any progress of investigation regarding chat connectivity issues reported recently ?

All chat windows are empty. Connectivity test by openssl suggested above provides the same output.

I have an Omega renewal expected in a several days on another account. Without working in-game chats, Omega renewal makes no sense :frowning:

I’ve tried to fill the supported ticket also, but have no luck - it seems what the Zendesk is blocked for my location.

There’s no change. Chats are not working. The technical support team denies in every way that this is their problem. They even stopped responding to requests. My ISP has confirmed that it is their server that is causing the problem.
