Cannot log into Alpha state account even though no other account is log in, anyone else?

So tried logging in to alphas and no dice as it (program), is telling me that other accounts are logged in, tried to reset in various ways but nothing.

I had this happen few times when I had a socket closure on another client - apparently the server thinks my other client is still online. Solution was to relog the second client before logging in with my alpha acharacter.
