every time I try to log in it says user name/pass incorrect, but when I log into tranquility it works fine. what is the issue?

SISI does not share the database with TQ, it is a copy, a copy that can be up to 3 months old. If you have changed your password in that time try using the previous password you had.
New characters created after SISI was copied will not exist.
Hard to say that is the issue, only because I have a new account that ive had for a few months with no password changes. Even with my other accounts which havent had any password changes in over a year, still cant login.
