Cannot submit any new industry job - job cost changed

The job cost is apparently changed every time I try to start any manufacturing or research job.

Tried logging out and back in. Rebooted. Argh. No joy.

UPDATE: After just over an hour it all starts working normally again.

This is normal. System cost index changes, and if you happen to install your job at the moment it does that, then it won’t let you activate the job. Usually it just takes a minute to resolve, though.

Except when it takes over an hour! Seriously annoying, but all’s well that ends well.
