Can't Claim Hypernet Item

I just won a Man-at Arms booster on the hypernet, I can’t get the item even though I’m at the right station. When I click Claim, I get the error in the screenshot.

I currently have an active booster working on my pilot, but I don’t think the problem is caused by this.
