I’ve tested this from the beginning and at least 5 of the completed items have not been returned. I don’t see an option to “redeem item” or anything like it. Does anyone have the answer?

Same problem i’ve faced on production.
Tried to “sell” through hypernet x2 Gist X-type shield booster. Both with same number of tickets and with minimum difference in start time. Both expired. And only 1 shield booster returned to hangar after expiration.
2nd shield booster is lost.
I’ve written to support already. No response is given yet.
That’s gonna really suck for the guy who put the tournament ship up and is only 20% subscribed.
Same issue here, never sitll got 16 skill extractor disppeared.
Do you get ur item back yet, just curious?
