Can't create a support ticket

I can’t support ticket in the ticket system. I mean after I post a ticket, the message appears: “Your request was successfully submitted”, but also "The page you were looking for doesn’t exist

You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved", and ticket doesn’t appear in my tickets list :(((

What should I do?

Nobody can help you … you need to create a support ticket to fix you problem. Only ccp can help you.

I had problems with glitchy tickets too, in my case using a different browser solved the issues.

So your suggestion, is for him to make a support ticket, to explain that he cannot make a support ticket to the ticket system?? Gotcha.
