everytime i try to upgrade it sends me to a page in RUSSIAN !!! while i am from belgium lol
at first i had to link account wich i did but i still can’t upgrade to omega
anyone knows why ?
Hi Jan, that is strange!
Are you using a VPN perhaps? And have you tried turning it off to see if that helps?
Otherwise you could try a support ticket to ask CCP if they can help. Surely they will want to help you be able to pay them!

This sometimes happens where, somehow, an account is set to another country even though you didn’t do anything to make that happen. Gerard’s suggestion of a ticket is the only way to fix this, generally takes a few days and then it’s solved.
same here but i took mct before and uninstalled nvidea software so …..
MCT is not affected by this, you can log in and change the skill queue.

All your characters train at half speed until you become able to pay?
The only troll in these topics is you, Laubrani.
If they fix it and part of your MCT was wasted because of the delay, ask support if they can compensate the missed SP. They did for me when I once had different issues with my MCT.
