Hello Everyone,

I’ve been solo playing pretty much all of my short career in eve online. I’ve always wanted to join a corporation, but have always delayed doing so, worrying that I wont find a good fit for myself or that I wasn’t ready to jump into some of the harder content in eve.

Experience

I have played eve a couple of years on and off now. I’ve kept myself somewhat busy in that time, trying out a few different career paths, but i haven’t yet settled into one just yet. I have done plenty of mining, some mission running, a bit of solo faction warfare and my fair share of exploration. All of these tasks I have enjoyed, but being solo not only limits the ISK I can earn, but also the depth each of these different career paths can lead me.

I’ve never really ventured into low or null-sec (besides through exploration/faction warfare) but i feel that i can no longer progress myself without moving out of high-sec. And to leave high-sec, I’m going to need to find a new home and some friends!

What I’m Looking For

Primarily, I’m looking for a corporation who has the patience and time to show me the ropes of low-sec or null-sec life (though I’m leaning to Null-sec right now). I have no idea how logistics works in null-sec, the general mechanics or many of the general rules that one should follow to survive.

Also, I haven’t yet settled into any particular career in Eve yet, so a corporation that dabbles in a few areas would be great, though I’m also not against a specialised corporation who focus on a specific career (Industry, Hauling Etc).

Finally, I would love to be a part of a corporation that has a set of specific goals they would like to achieve; goals that I would be able to actively assist with.

Some info about me

Im from the UK but am often active around 22:00-0400 and 15:00 - 22:00 eve time, depending on my shift work. I’m in my mid 20s and also enjoy a variety of other games besides eve. I also have a working mic (at the time of writing this anyway!).
I also want to point out that I do have other commitments other than Eve, so I wont be around everyday and I will most likely take short breaks from time to time!

At the Academy of the Unseen Arts or ART5, we are a very independent focused corporation that is growing day by day. We currently average about 50 to 60 people in the EU, 25 to 30 in the USA and are working on getting our Australian time zone filled as well.

Industrial
Daily moon mining fleets with boosters, Corp BPC Library and of course, We run an Ore Buyback and Sell program

PVP
Low sec wolf pack fleets, Gate Camps, WH Structure Bashing, Null Sec Fleets, NPSI Friendly, Streamer friendly, PVP Training Sessions if required.

Think of us as your online space family where you can do what you want within a social environment as we don’t force you to do anything that you don’t want to do. People will offer you content that you can join and it is up to you if you accept it or not but you will never be forced to do anything.

My corporation will be more about the people in it being there for each other to help guide and grow the younger pilots but also have fun together.

I am in the UK so will be online in that time zone most nights but not every night. Real Life comes first with me due to family and you would never have to feel like you need to be on all the time.

My corp will never move into Null sec so be assured that you will not have to move there in 1 month like so many other corporations. I do not like null and so will not be going there other than to kill them.

We only use discord for outside chats and also fleet communications.

Hey Amory.

While we aren’t a null or low sec corp maybe you’d like to give wormholes a try with nullsec small gang pvp.

Hi there Amory,

You seem like you would enjoy Kryted gaming.
I see in your post you are leaning towards null sec but have you ever considered Wormhole space.
In null sec you will experience huge fights yes but at the same time you’ll end up spending hours waiting for timers and getting blue balled. Or you’ll eventually get sucked into the machine and just become one of the faceless blob of null.

In wormhole space and Krypted gaming it is a totally different mind set. We usually fly small gang roams <10 or wormhole brawls which again is usually less than 10 people but some alts to bulk it up.

We roam almost everyday through null sec and try and pick fights with these blobs and most of the time come out on top.


I myself have been part of the null machine but have learnt more in the year I’ve spent in wormhole space than I ever have anywhere else in the game.

As well as the fights there is vast ways to make isk in whs whether that be explo or ratting there is a lot of opportunity.
