Its just part of the game i am afraid, not much you can do about it…
The only thing which does need changing is how the Bounty works in the game, because i don’t think this works anymore.
The bounty system definitely works! If you spot an illegal miner, simply put a suitable bounty on him, and a New Order agent will prioritize their investigation of the intruder.
