I do. I really do! It’s not easy at all! I’ve broken both ankles (not at the same time) and neither one healed right. I have planter fasciitis in both feet.

It’s really hard to limp on both feet when those old injuries flare up at the same time!

Another thought…is your friend a heavy copilot user and has he written down any access data in any documents?

Those copilot users seem to get hacked left and right these days by sending out email with invisible prompts.

Dear CCP, its been 4 months now and can you PLEASE finish my tickets!!!

i was hacked in december, i got my accounts back a month later but you still have not finished or half attempted to fix my accounts (6 total) You know what you need to do, you still continue to ignore my tickets, my messages…
i lost huge amount of game time,assets and this does not include the corp hangers that was raided too due to the huge hack in december.

i dont mean to come across rude but come on… ive been playing for years paid into the game for years…

Everyone had said go to the forum its the only way CCP will listen and i did not want to believe this but ive given up hope…

this was over a 5tn isk loss not including the skillpoints that was extracted.
i was told i wouldnt get the isk plex or assets back BUT the Skillpoints would be fully restored… this has not fully been completed properly…to the extent some accounts are unsuable.

Why should they believe you? What evidence have you provided to prove your claim? Do you have a degree in network engineering, computer science, or information technology security? If not, how much will you pay CCP to investigate your claim? Please hold. Your concern is very important to us. A CCP employee will respond to you as soon as they are able.

its been proven, by a senior GM, it was supposed to be resolved and and finished, and any other problems to let them know, well problems are here, i did let them know and months have gone by with me attempting to contact them further with no joy…

All im asking is for my ticket to be completed as they promised and then closed.

Did you see the ban wave in december? this was apart of it.

Well, if a Senior GM told you it would be resolved, then I suggest you open a second support ticket and inquire as to the status of the first. Certainly, posting here will get you nowhere, as CCP does not use these forums. In the past, I have had support tickets take longer than a year to close.

ive opened a dozen f’n tickets stating the ticket numbers to get the attention. its just frustrating as hell…
