Is CCP doing a blackout or a delayed local ? can we get an answer to the local being screwed ?
i have 3 account that iare omega the last fews days i noticed the number of ppl in local are diferent , im not happy to loose an orca because i didint see the guy in local until i was bubbled, not counting the 2 hulks that i play together
will it do any good to file a ticket ?
