I am running an RTX 2070 and have the 1 Gb plan. That is all you can get in this area currently and no Fiber Optics.. That sucks hard. The bandwidth is shared by several other devices. No less than 4 comps, a kindle, phones. Plus a few other devices as well. At times it looks like a free for all with all the devices digging into the bandwidth.
With all that I rarely get lag. Except when in a large fleet. I have been at Jita when there were at least 20-25+ ships coming and going or just sitting. Had no lag then either.
If you are experiencing lag regularly. Check your settings both comp and game, Possibly you are missing an update. (my comp can act wonky when an update that I did not notice is ready and did not download), Check connection speed. Your modem may need to be replaced. (I just did that the other day when everyone was suddenly having the same connection problem). Or you might have to replace your video card.
Any one of or a combination of the above could be the culprit. It is just a suggestion to look.
Speaking of overly simplistic: Hand-waving away a huge deficit as “merely spending money.” I doubt the CEO characterizes it that way during the earnings call.

With a $50m loan to pay back, I hope Vanguard and Frontier account for more than $19m. If so, I will concede that CCP is in a not-terrible position.
