If the only way to “save” EVE is to kill the game we know and love in favor of a space-themed WoW clone then let it die.
PS: EVE has made a lot of money over 16 years of success, and you can’t name even a single profitable game that you have developed. If CCP is considered a failure then what does that make you? A compelling argument for legalizing post-birth abortion?

Chess is not complicated. It had a lot of variations and options to it, that is depth. depth and complexity are similar, but they are not identical.
Often players confuse the two.
To make it simple to understand an example of complexity is
- “increases your damage by 1% for every 10% of your thermal resistance”
where as an example of death is
- “increases your damage by 10%”.
In the first example you can find ways to break the game by stacking resistance effectively gaining 10% damage, and 10% resistance. This leads to abusive things, like one shotting, which is supported by some vocal eve players because they have social issues and want to one shot newbs.
Depth is healthy for a game, complexity is not. Complexity should never be intentionally added to a game, it should be a by product at best.
So you are saying increasing your damage by 10% will lead to ship destruction?

You can put it into your PLEX vault from afar, but to be fair it is a sight to behold!
Since the vault I never had any plex in my inventory. It can be dragged into the inventory I see. … and added to it from afar indeed.
