Why don’t you just take skillpoints out of the game?
Expense alone is not enough as more supply for that resource will push the costs back down again, more risk is what was needed now people won’t drop titans on a solo cruiser as that cruiser might just go and kill the recon providing the cyno.
You should have had cyno 5 on your chain for efficiencies sake anyway. Literally nobody feels bad for you.

Sure Jumping a freighter can be done using a cyno frig - boom 30 mil not including any price racketeering that will occur now. If i choose to do it out in space - Low sec local is still visible so i will be known to be in system - then scanned down while waiting for my JF timer and then die…joy.

What I find amazing is the arrogance of players like Ballo, that think they have any say in how others should play the game. Who TF cares if someone else is making ISK with a super somewhere in Null? (I mean other than CCP’s outright hate of the play style)

Even without baiting, this feels like it’s going to make cyno’ing anything period is just pointless. Only braindead or suicidal players would light a cyno with these changes.
