CCP gives all advanteges to the attackers…. and covert op’s become more and more overpowered…. That is no good Gameplay without counterplay . And easy pve’ler kills are good for the game ? I think no……, because pve’ler will quit or go back to high sec …… And whats the Problem with the power blocks ? If u have thounsends of member you have to have an Advantage against small gangs in your own space. It is stupid thinking that a 5 man group must ■■■■ up Groups which are 1000 times bigger….

Great! So BB can cyno in a crap ton of bombers into a system to take a Rorq or whatever. But now the targeted ship won’t be able to cyno in help when that happens??? WTF CCP???
This also completely screws with wars in null and moving fleets around as well. smfh

well, can you introduce travel cyno instead ?
Travel cyno, can be fitted to any ships but rookie ship, 1 min duration, can’t be activated if capsuler log off timer or weapon timers are going on. Deactivated immediately when either of them occur.
One of the biggest problem for cyno currently holding is that opponents can do nothing to stop drops once they’re activated. So normal cyno need to have spooling up time as well, roughly 30 to 60 seconds.
And please make cyno modules to be burned out once it’s activated as PANIC do.

Somewhat amusing that the guy that drops solo/small gang PvPers in a carrier is complaining. Don’t want to have to invest for your kills?

Will isk and skillpoints spent to train cyno alts who always fit cynos to corvettes be reimbursed to us now? Many Jump Ffreighter pilots have such cyno alts and most of them are probably not willing to spend another few weeks training for covops. Nevermind, we’ll create mass support tickets anyway. This is a terrible change that will still hurt JF pilots the most. I know that Goons fitting cynos to everything and dropping supers on T1 Cruisers are a problem that needs fixing, but there are better ways to combat this, and I have some proposals such as
- make capital ships unable to fit cynos
- give cyno a spool up time, maybe 30 seconds, during which the cyno ship stays in place
- ship with active cyno should have its shield, armor and hull resistance set to 0
- introduce a new highslot module that shuts down all active cynos within certain range, fittable only on black ops
Do not kill cyno T1 frigs just because some people like to drop supers on everything.

That’s not a covert ops. Bombers and covert ops have always been able to use a covert cyno.
The counter to not having a cyno on your rorq is having a falcon alt sitting cloaked up 200-300 kms away from the colossal. What’s there not to like? It avoids the mobile cyno inhib.
