this will kill capital fights…
the first sebo’d haw dreads on grid will stop any further escalation because you wont be able to keep a recon alive long enough to get anything else through and a blops ship would be melted even faster
heavier tanked cruisers like heavy interdictors need to be able to fit cyno’s for super/titan hunting
there are many things that need to be considered here not just how can we ■■■■ new eden today…
The biggest problem is the lack of diversity in your options. You have a 300 mil ship which takes decently high skills to fit with barely any tank, and a 1.2 - 1.5 bil ship which I can’t see anyone ever using for this purpose. Making the cyno cancel-able (like mining lasers) at any time would help a tiny bit, but ultimately these ships are too expensive to be put in this high loss role. This is my view on what reasonable restrictions would be:
CCP Rise, hey! How’s it going? Was starting to think you’d moved onto greener pastures!!
Well this change… certainly is a change, I’ll give you that, but I’m here because I’m wondering if you may have (accidentally I’m sure) forgotten about this:
Specifically this bit:
I’m waiting on the 2nd step… and ideally the 3rd and 4th steps too, or should I just give up on any thoughts of things progressing further on this front?
Ahh, im so tired from all last CCP ideas and changes, already have 12 account with ready characters, everyone char with his uniq role and even dont want to re-train toons for this change because after 2-3-4 month CCP makes more stupid changes.
The best way i think is just unsub all accounts.
Thanks CCP that this decision was easy, anyway this game not interesting anymore.

That just adds to the complexity of a fight then your sub cap fleet would have the extra roll of leaving a gap open on the grid where they stop bubbles from going up, if a dictor puts a bubble in a bad spot one of your command destroyers would have to mjd the bubble out of the way and so on could be fun.
