Well, I believe it’s one of the songs that was on the In-game Jukebox before it was removed.
This web page has all of Eve’s music. The song is probably in the Ambient Music list.

Well, maybe I missed it but I went into Character Creation and after checking each song on the list I linked, I couldn’t find a match. I guess that one is missing from the list. I sent an email to the address on that page link informing them of the missing song, hopefully it can be added to the list.

Yup, that’s the one playing in Character Creation, it isn’t listed on the site I linked.
That vid had such a low volume that only dogs could hear it…
I heard it just fine, try turning up the volume on your hearing aid.
