A workaround is to minimize your character sheet. Is only happening on my HighSec character. All my characters in NullSec don’t experience this behavior.

It did not happen with my other character and other account……. until I opened the character sheet up, closed it and after that it happened all the time - itchy finger lol. I should have left it alone 
This is just hilarious.
It was fixed around 15h Eve time, you need to restart your client and maybe the launcher
