Incomplete data in the ESI response /characters/{character_id}/stats/

This is a known issue and probably won’t be fixed. See https://github.com/esi/esi-issues/issues/729. Basically the new Activity Tracker thing in game would replace the system that the stats endpoint used before. However it would be a new thing and probably only consist of stuff going forward.
