The seller is always responsible for paying the transfer fee
My suggestion is that this be an EITHER setting and not only the seller’s responsibility. CCP, you would get you $20 regardless so why not make it so?
In the ad the seller would just list two prices; one if they are paying the fee and another if the buyer is paying.
The seller is responsible because the fee needs to be paid on their account. If you would give people the ability to pay for “pulling” a character from an account…sounds very iffy.
The rule is in place, so that there can never be any instance of legal exchange of anything but ISK between two players. And that is for the better from my point of view.
That sounds like a good reason…too bad though they couldn’t have better safeguards though…
