Sorry guys stupid question i dont own a pc any more and would like to transfer my character to the mobile app but i need to be in a npc Corp to do so i have upgraded to omega and will pay transfer fee but i dont know its possible to do so from this app the corp i was in was last online in 2019 so i cant even ask them to kick me

I do not think that a Charakter can be transfered to Eve Echoes. These are basicly two different Games.
Unfortunately the ISD is right, you cannot move a character from eve online to eve echoes. Eve echoes is not developed by ccp games.
However, depending on where you live, and what mobile devices you have, you can still play eve online via the eve anywhere portal at eveonline.com
