I used Freeburn to plot a course for me, now all my chat channels have stopped working. There was a warning from the webpage I had not seen from Freeburn before, I tried restarting my computer, but my chat still shows no one else as being in the game.
Any suggestions how to fix this?

There is no way to fix it yourself until CCP fixed it on the server. And since CCP has never managed to actually fix the chat system, it is only a matter of time until their patchwork remedy breaks down again a few days later.
