This idea would only work in empire. Null or low would not work well at all. Goons show up and blow your stuff the next day. They easy have the manpower during there time Zones. Which I’m any end would not give people time to defend there stuff.

Yes, what I see happening is stru to moons and planets again. With limit of free stru allowed to be placed anywhere like your jamers or jump bridge modules.

Its very had to find a balance between citadel loot and offline player’s item security. To have no security is punishing people for daring to sleep and have a job. You got to keep that in mind. I nearly rage quit thinking my stuff disappeared while I was sleeping, and that was just a stuff I had set up for a mission in a station a bit away from my base. Learning that my stuff had just been moved elsewhere brought me back.

Still, it was shocking for me to learn that you can blow up entire stations in hi-sec and Concord can ever just turn to a blind eye. It might make game sense, but it makes no sense otherwise. You can’t really know there is a police force and be able to just automatically understand they do nothing about empire infrastructure getting destroyed.

I keep saying the solution to this is to stop spawning concord ships and make it just a pod override they use to force a self destruct. At which point “bribing” them to not push the button is far more believable.
