An example, an alt character I once made to fly Talwars, Minmatar destroyers.
I thought it would be fitting to use Minmatar colours as well as show a destroyer logo prominently in the portrait as part of the theme.
And this shitty new system crops it away.
I’ve had a lot of fun with and spent a lot of time on the portraits of all my characters, even kept up a thread about it for years, only to see all those portraits needlessly cropped.
Whether you have put some effort in your character’s portrait to make it stand out of the crowd, because you want to show your apparel, because you enjoy creating portraits, because you want to match the group you’re part of, or any other reason - I’m glad you did!
