62 m SP concentrated on Minmatar frig/cruiser/bc and supporting skills.
I originally built him for covops/recon ships and then added on that.
He has a clean history (no player corp at all), sec.status, standings and a positive wallet. No active killrights. Located in high-sec (dodixie) and with his jumpclones also in high-sec.
