Edit: Basically, extracting would get you like 14b, so that’s about what you’ll get for it

its a okay toon, you’d probably find someone to give you more than extract value. if you wait a long time you might find the right buyer to give you closer to 20b than to 14b. the problem is you have 6m sp in unusable skills (amarr, caldari, min bc and destroyer) so really your total usable sp is only 26b.

I’d offer something like 16 as is. then id extract the bc skills and use the whats left for playing.
