Not trying to be awkward mate, but thats your character name, is it your actual account name?
Just checked name by starting a new account and you need a continuous one i.e., UetuMuvila or a hyphen Uetu-Muvila, so what you’re giving me is wrong. Mail correct info and i’ll get character transferred. FYI transfer is down at the moment, so once I have correct info, then i’ll keep checking until its back up.
