No, its an abbreviation of “Anti-Gank”, and thus is expressed in this form of acronym, with caps.
Same as how PLEX stands for “Pilot’s License Extension” in abbreviation/acronym, and also is capitalised.

This is an interesting one. Where do you even get it from? It doesn’t appear in the Code anywhere. I’ve heard a couple individuals use that kind of environmental schtick as an obvious joke/troll but to my knowledge it isn’t part of James 315’s agenda and I couldn’t even name anyone who says that.
So where do you get it from? Why would answering no to that question mean I’m a roleplayer?

CODE and CODE Agents, are all RP.
The entire existence of CODE is predicated on RP.
You can argue that you are only pretending to RP, but even then its RP, de facto, nonetheless.
