I am stuck on SOE mission 27, where those drones just flood onto my ship within 2km so my lasers deal no damage to them. even if I pick keep at range, 7500m. I have to escape 4 times and lost 1 ship already.

Is that the pulse fitted Coercer you are using? If so, then run hard away in any direction to force the drones to chase you - use your MWD or Afterburner to go as fast as you can. As the drones start to fall behind you and chase then you should get better hits against them.

you need to be fast moving so a 5MN Microwarp Drive) will be useful. Donāt let them close on you, use the drive to keep moving away from them as you hit them with your turrets.
(I am assuming youāve grouped your weapons? the little sideways figure eight symbol by the firing button - volley firing is very useful)
Killing the Silverfish Alvi is a priority - itās got the warp disruptor that will prevent you escaping - donāt be afraid of warping out to a station and letting the capacitor recharge and taking repairs as required. It could be a bit of a plod, but itās doable in your current Coercer.
Iām sixteen jumps from Arnon - and donāt have any closer clones (I must fix that) - if you get desperate Iāll head over and help you, but Iām UK timezone so we may not align well.
oh it okay. thanks so much. I will try to change my fit and fight those drones again tomorrow. I already killed most drones in the first stage, and killed half the drones in the second stage. should I just fit a really fast ship and ignore all other drones? like minimum combat?

oh and why is things more expensive in Arnon? e.g. I can buy a light pulse laser for 55,000 in Deepari or any other Amarr system but in Gallente space, everything is more expensive. like cost 20% more. even ships or blueprints.

Itās a full meta fit with faction ammunition. MWD Dual Modulated Beam Lasers, properly rigged as well. You should get 200dps or more out of itā¦

The reason that things are more expensive in Arnon is that a lot of people loose their ships in that mission - so are willing to pay the premium for buying in system.

You should have the skills to fly it - thereās nothing there requiring more than the base Amarrian skills, and fitting size is pretty reasonable. Itās itās tight, swap the Restrained MWD for a Compact version.
