I am a market trader and this is something I am interested in. I am not ready at the moment, I’m still building capital with my own market trades. I’m still doing research on how to make it profitable for me and others. It might be something like Mantis that Jim Halescot set-up.

How do you structure the loans? Do you require principal payments each month or a lump sum at the end of the agreed period?
I require monthly interest payments. The principal is payed back at the end of the agreed period (or any time before then, if the borrower prefers to pay it back early) in one go. At the same time, the collateral is returned to the borrower.
I’ve been toying with the idea of a long-term research loan.
Basically, you buy a bunch of BPOs, stick them in a shell corp and lock them down, then I get an alt or two in it and run the research jobs. Then I get the researched BPOs at the end of the term against the loan sum. We can hammer out the details if you’d be interested in this type of stuff.
I am certainly open to it. If your aim is to use the blueprints as collateral and have them be researched at the same time, there are several possible solutions. What’s most convenient depends a little on the scale of the operation you have in mind. Let’s discuss the details via in-game mail if you like?

Do you do loans without callateral?
I do not do loans without collateral, sorry. (Too many people wouldn’t pay back the loan if there was no collateral involved.)

You could have 1 bil worth of scrap metal and if you needed 1 bil isk, they would hold the scrap until you payback the loan.
